Today, I missed a phone call. When I listened to the message on the answering machine from a very nice woman (Mary) at the US Consulate to let me know there was a problem to complete the processing of my passport. First, my rather bratty call to shadoutcarver. Well, the call wasn't bratty but the timing of it was.:)

Then had a good yammer with zeovermind later on. Was good to talk with friends from 'home'.

Good dear friend shadoutcarver used to get complaints from her local friends that she was always on line, and they got nothing but busy signals when they tried to call her. So, she got DSL.
